brand new day~! woohoo ... felt very happy this morning when i crawled off my bed at 6.30am. going for 7.30 service and judging by the time, i don't think i'll be late ... at least that was what i thought. ended up leaving my house at 7.20am cause the stupid lasagne my mum bought for me wouldn't cook properly in the oven ... ARHG~!!!!@ there goes my hope of being punctual for 7.30am service ....
luckily i made it just in time to hear the entire sermon by Pastor Eric ... managed to keep myself awake throughout the service~!

we finally had a reshuffle of class during our 9.30 BS ... got into a new group with some old and new faces ... felt very happy cause its a refreshing change. had a round of sharing after that, chaired by Nat of course and i got to know the rest of my group slightly better. interesting bunch of ppl we make. after class we proceeded to Johnson's duck rice place for some lunch and at the same time meeting up wif gavin and his friend; its a first time there for me ... come to think of it, i've gotten to know alot of nice eating spots every since i came to GPC ... hehe, no wonder getting fat~! the duck's really tender and the tofu was REALLY excellent man .. will go back there another day. at this point of time, our lunch fellowship had to come to a stop cause some of the girls had to go back to church for handbell practice ... and thus the fellowship was broken, purpose divided, no longer united. for those non hand-bellers(namely stan, dom, jiayun,lynette,sylvester and myself), orchard was our choice of venue and off we went~

first things first, we had to satisfy dom's insatiable hunger, so its off to scotts food court. on the way there, stanley's sharp eyes caught sign of lotsa people holding cans of coke light and he prompt informed us that somewhere, someone was giving away free coke light~! haha n true enough, lo and behold, just outside scotts was a counter and the people there were giving out FREE coke lights~!!! haha all of us immediately made a beeline for it man .. so "gian berng" rite~ haha malu-ated! aniway, we waited for dom and sylvester to finish up their lunch before meeting up with the rest of the hand bell people, who've ended practice and hopped over to meet us. first stop was this shop on the second level of Scotts where rebecca bought a $20 top which she's absolutely pleased with. next was over to Pacific Plaza where dom wanted to and eventually bought his board shorts. hehe got punched by dom at the adidas shop in Pac Plaza cause of a casual remark i made ... wooo .. dom packs quite a punch man ... haha but seriously dom, i didn't mean anything man. our final destination was the Spinelli outside of the Heerens shops where we meet up wif roy, wj, vivien, royston and played the name game( courtesy of roy of course) ... haha sylvester almost had to kiss the life size lara croft poster on the bust lor ... damn ... how come he never kena??!?!?! haha evil rite~ (>o<) we ended the game at six, of which i proceeded straight home ... got caught in the rain though ... hopefully my flu wouldn't get worse ...

hmmmm one of my friends just commented that i'm quite an insensitive person ... hmmm come to think about it .. i think its very true .. haha, but then again, i also dun really care man. anyway, that basically wraps up one week and brings in another .. i'm really looking forward to the volleyball game we're having this sat at sentosa though~! haha it'll serve as something to carry me throught this week!
