first miss.

missed church service on sunday. went to Shanghai to meet up with some friends and i had originally planned to worship at this really nice and old looking church there.

went there on saturday night to enquire about the next day's worship timing, but alas, the whole place was tightly shut! so i had no choice but to ask the security guard at the next building, who told me to come back at 7 plus the next morning.

and on sunday morning, 2 things happened. my friend's alarm failed to wake this pig up on time, and when i went down, i discovered that the service was in the afternoon. no way i could have made it then, cause my friends from Suzhou were coming down to meet up with me =(

i hope i don't miss anymore services in future!

work doesn't seem to be as heavy in the office the next few days and thats bad news; it means i don't have much to occupy myself with! gotta start looking for things to do!

work! gimme work!

that aside, today's dinner was a really enjoyable affair. i wish i could say the food was good, but oh well, at least the company and the chat session we had was really nice! i wish we could have more of these in future and i'm sure the others will agree with me.
