ugly ... really ugly.

was at nokia service centre this afternoon, thanks to a fault nokia 6131 that didn't even belong to me! and to show my disgruntled-ness, i went there in the most shoddy attire. big tshirt, berms and ... slippers.

muahaha. oh well, i was never one for dressing up anyway.

so there i was at NSC, reading my book and waiting for my number to be called when suddenly this high pitching and utterly irritating sound could be heard coming from a counter not far away from my seat.

being the "Nanyang Chronicle" trained journalist-wannabe that i am (read: nosy/kaypoh) i decided to move closer and have a listen at what's going on.

shocking i tell you. 2 ladies, screaming at the top of their voices, directing their wrath at the poor customer service operator. reason? one of the ladies' handphone was spoilt and she was pissed off. it was really ridiculous, the way she demanded that the service centre compensate her for making her take time off to come down and service her phone and this and that and this.

gosh. does she even know how ugly she looked? scream and making such a scene? give that guy a break! its not his fault you know.
