just came back from my trip to a salon and i will never go back to that shop again!

i spent more than 5 mins trying to explain how i want my hair to be cut and through the whole time, all the guy did was give this irritated look. it was as if he was telling me " i'm the stylist, don't tell me how to cut hair".

i wanted my hair to be trimmed to a slightly shorter length and i don't want the back of my hair to be sloped. i didn't think that would be too difficult since i had gotten it done before at a previous salon. so when the guy took out the shaver and shaved off a huge chunk of my hair, i was caught by surprised. he cut off so much that there was only a few centimetres of hair left!

stunned, i told him to stop and reminded him that i wanted my hair trimmed. THAT was when he went "oh shit" and he realised he'd made a mistake, at the expense of me and my hair. ARGH.

in the end, there was no other choice but to cut all my hair to the same uniform length.
great. JUST great. now i look as though i just booked out of an army camp. Grrrh.
