A very fortunate friend of mine was lucky enough to get his current ride upgraded to a Alfa 156.

Went with him to get his current ride de-modded since he'll be selling it; so off we went to AMK Autopoint. Stupid extractors took like 5 hours to replace?!!?!?!?

Note to myself: in future no matter what, get a mod-friendly car just in case.

As such the 2 of us spent the better half of the day walking around Autopoint. While walking around and killing time, i noticed two things.

Firstly, the owner of the workshop which we were at, was this frail looking white haired man and he owned a normal looking Mitsubishi Galant VR-G. Normal looking until you pop open the hood that is.

Everything was nicely laid with with a fair bit of aftermarket parts added in; on top of that, the car was coated with chameleon paint that changed color under different lighting condition. Sweet~! Then again, what else should i have expected? The man owns a workshop afterall!

The second thing i noticed is that there is a disgustingly large number of WRXs and STis in Singapore. Well, disgusting not in a bad way, but it just kinda diminishes the joy of seeing such a fine machine when you keep seeing it at such high frequencies. Within the 5 hours that i was there at Autopoint, i must've seen more than 20 WRXs and STis! Darn .. they're popping up everywhere, at every turn of your head, just like Corollas! HAHA =P

Its been a good break for me today. Alright, back to revision tomorrow! And to all my beloved friends having exams as well now, lets all work hard and press on yeah! When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
