you've finally blogged! haha yeah i agree with wj since last time; you should bath late at night more often~!
anyway, back to the topic of regret .... we try to not regret regarding the choices and decisions we make, but somehow or rather, it'll come back to haunt us. so in that sense, its not so much about not regretting, but rather, to accept the consequences that a decision might have, deal with it then move on. no point dwelling on that something right?
to the topic of church life ... all of us have our share of ups and downs and individuals handle their problems differently. i;m glad that things turn out the way they did for you man. i really enjoy having you in YF as a leader and as someone to look up to. but then again, just because you're someone's who's leading the rest doesn't mean that your spiritual life will be going upslope all the time yeah ... what really matters is that you don't burn yourself out again. take breaks as and when you need to, so that you can refresh youself man. and most importantly, have someone whom you can account to ... to share your thoughts/aspirations/laments ... better to let it out than to keep it all pent up inside.
as for r/ns, haha i have no right to comment or give you advice since i've not gone through as much as you did. but r/ns are such farnie issues aren't they ... they can torment you like hell, swallow and devour you whole; yet they can be so intoxicating, leaving you breatheless and brimming with joy. haiz. the irony of it all. haha. as for this phrase "Once bitten twice shy... Thrice bitten better go and die... ", i think it can only apply to certain issues, and love is not one of them =P. just coz you went through something bad doesn't mean that you should close the door and deny yourself of any other opportunity; i'm sure He has a plna for you dude. just pray and let Him do His work =)
